This warranty applies to each new product purchased for domestic use in Malaysia from Aceon Electronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Products which do not carry valid model and serial/batch number, warranty of the product is void.
This warranty applies to ascertained manufacturing defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period. Aceon Electronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd will at their discretion not to impose charges for any repair and/or replacement of defective components or parts of the product. Any spare parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Aceon Electronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Aceon Electronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to bring back the product for further investigation or diagnosis and shall not reliable for any compensation claims due to whatsoever inconvenience caused to Customer.
Warranty exclusions may result in charges of service fees, travel expenses and labour fees.
The limited warranty excludes:
Physical Damage
Cracks or breakage from drops, impacts, or mishandling.
Broken screens from pressure or external force.
Water or Liquid Damage
Exposure to moisture or spills.
Power Issues
Damage from power surges, lightning, or using the wrong voltage.
Burnt components due to electrical faults outside of manufacturing defects.
Cosmetic Damage
Scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
If you or a third party open or alter the TV without authorization.
Using unapproved parts or software.
Wear and Tear
Gradual degradation of image quality, remote button wear, or backlight dimming over time.
Incorrect Use
Usage outside normal home settings.
Not following the product manual or care instructions.
Software-Related Issues
Apps crashing or smart features malfunctioning due to third-party updates or internet issues.
Not following the product manual or care instructions.
